As part of enhanced vehicle security, many late-model Stellantis vehicles (formerly FCA / PSA) use rolling PIN codes for immobilizer and module programming. These security codes are time-limited and are required to perform key programming, ECM / BCM replacement, or other secured functions on the affected vehicles.

Important: Rolling PIN codes are time-limited - they typically expire after 12–24 hours. Request the PIN only when you are ready to begin the procedure. Buying a PIN early and then running into a delay on the vehicle means buying a second PIN.

Rolling PIN codes are exclusively available through the Stellantis IOP secure portal. NASTF VSP credentials are required for licensed locksmiths. There is an additional cost to purchase each PIN.

Requirement: Valid NASTF VSP credentials are required. Ensure your VSP ID is active and your rolling authenticator app is configured before beginning.

PIN purchase procedure

Follow the steps below in order to acquire a rolling PIN or Key Cut Code. Have the vehicle VIN, your NASTF VSP ID, and your authenticator app open and ready before starting — the auth code rotates every 15 seconds, so you don't want to hunt for it mid-procedure:

- Navigate to the PIN purchase dashboard at https://stellantisiop.com/iop/app/secure/dashboard.
- Click on "Keycode" at the top of the page.
- Click on the white box labeled "NASTF," then click "ACCESS."
- Enter your VSP ID number obtain this from your NASTF account, or contact NASTF directly if you do not have it.
- Enter the Rolling Auth Code from your authenticator app (code rotates every 15 seconds - enter promptly).
- Once access is granted, you will be able to purchase the PIN code or Key Cut Code.
