PACCAR Davie Login Setup - New Credentials, Setup Emails, and Technician Configuration

Complete first-time setup for PACCAR Davie - order new credentials from AE Solutions, forward the 3 setup emails (including the LOOP/MX access email), and have your technician finish configuration before logging in.

Overview

New PACCAR Davie users cannot log in until credentials are purchased and initial setup is completed by a technician. This article walks through ordering new credentials, handling the three setup emails, and completing first-time configuration. If you already have a working login and only need to change your password, see the related article below.

Note: The legacy mikemuckpb login is no longer active and requires a new subscription.

Step 1 - Purchase new login credentials

Contact AE Solutions to purchase new PACCAR Davie login credentials. Call 913-856-6678 to place the order. Setup cannot begin until credentials are issued.

Step 2 - Receive and forward setup emails

Once the software is ordered, you will receive three setup emails. Forward all three to the technician assisting you.

Check your spam folder - one of the three emails is for MX access and arrives from sender LOOP. This email is commonly missed because it comes from a third-party identity provider rather than a PACCAR address.

Step 3 - Technician completes setup

Forward all three setup emails to your technician. They will log in and complete the PACCAR Davie configuration on your behalf. You will not be able to log in until this step is finished.

Step 4 - Change your password
