If you can't log in to WiTECH 2 (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FCA), Ford IDS, or Ford FDRS, the root cause is almost always an expired subscription not a password or software issue. These platforms verify your subscription online every login, so the moment it expires, the login is blocked.
Subscriptions are sold in 3-day, 1-month, and 1-year terms. Short-term subscriptions cause repeat login problems because they expire between jobs then you lose shop time on the vehicle each time you re-purchase and wait for activation.
