Reset Password for ACDelco

How to change/ reset password for ACDelco Techline Connect:

Go to https://www.acdelcotds.com

1. Click on ‘Login’
2. Then click on ‘Forgot Password’
3. Enter username and email associated to account.

*If you do not know this information you will have to contact ACDelco to complete this.

1. Once all the information has been submitted, an identification code will be sent to your email.
2. Copy (CTRL+C) the identification code from the email.
3. Paste (CTRL+V) the identification code into the ‘Identification Code’ line.
4. Enter the new password and hit ‘Save’.

*Always remember to document that new password/ login information to avoid problems in the future.
