How to reset or change your ACDelco TDS password

Forgot your ACDelco TDS (Technical Delivery System) password or need to change it? The process is the same for both - you go through the "Forgot Password" flow on acdelcotds.com to set a new one.

How to reset your ACDelco TDS password

Step 1: Go to https://www.acdelcotds.com

Step 2: Click on Login.

Step 3: Click on "Forgot Password."

Step 4: Enter your username and the email associated with your account, then submit.

Step 5: An identification code will be sent to your email.

Step 6: Open the email and copy the identification code.

Step 7: Go back to the reset page and paste the identification code into the "Identification Code" field.

Step 8: Enter your new password and hit Save.

Your password is now updated. You can log into ACDelco TDS with your new password.

If you don't know your username or email

If you do not know the username or email associated with your ACDelco TDS account, you will need to contact ACDelco directly to recover your account information.

Important notes

Always document your new password and login information after resetting to avoid problems in the future.

ACDelco TDS passwords must be 15 characters and include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol (~!@#$%^&*()+-_).
