What PACCAR MX Access is

PACCAR MX Access is the PACCAR portal that contains repair documentation and technical information for PACCAR MX engines. If you work on PACCAR MX-powered trucks, this is the official source for repair procedures, service information, and technical references.

Setting up MX Access for the first time involves three steps: visiting the portal, finding the Loop setup email (which usually lands in spam), and logging in.

Step 1 - Go to the MX Access Portal

Bookmark this URL - you'll use it every time you sign in to MX Access for repair lookups.

Step 2 - Check your spam folder for the Loop setup email

When your MX Access account was created, a setup email from Loop was sent to the email address on file. This email is commonly routed to spam because it comes from a third-party identity provider (Loop) rather than from PACCAR directly.

To find it:

- Open your spam / junk folder.
- Search for an email titled "Loop."
- Open the email and follow the setup link to complete your MX Access account setup.

If you can't find the Loop email even after checking spam, contact AETools the email may need to be resent or the account may need to be re-provisioned.

Step 3 - Log in to MX Access

Once your account is set up via the Loop email:

- Return to the MX Access portal link in Step 1.
- Log in with the credentials you created during Loop setup.
- The portal contains your repair information for PACCAR MX engines.
