How to get your tracking number

Tracking numbers are issued and sent automatically once your package ships. If you don't receive this email, you can contact tracking@aetools.us and provide your sales order number.

How to redirect a package to a new address

After your package has shipped, if you need to have a package redirected to a new address, please reach out to your sales rep or the sales department at sales@aetools.us.

- There is a $75.00 charge to redirect a package after shipping confirmation has taken place.
- An AE Solutions sales representative can help arrange this for you.

What to do if your package is lost

If you suspect a package may be lost, please contact shipping@aetools.us as soon as possible. Please provide the sales order and the delivery address.

- We will contact the shipper and start the lost package process.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for this request.

What to do if your package or product arrives damaged

For any damaged packages or products please contact shipping@aetools.us and provide your sales order number.

- A description, along with pictures of the damage, is required.
- We will contact the shipper with all relevant information.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to file claim.
