AE Tools offers Mack truck diagnostic software under the SKU PTMACKECU. It's available in two versions: a full version that includes ECU programming and reprogramming, and a diagnostic-only version for shops that don't need programming access. Confirm which version fits your work before purchasing, since the two are not interchangeable after the fact.
Mack Truck Software Requirements
PTMACKECU is compatible with the Nexiq USB Link 3 adapter and runs on Windows 11. Confirm your adapter and operating system meet these requirements before ordering.
Mack Truck Software License and Install
PTMACKECU is sold as a one-year license. Installation is handled remotely by AE Tools and typically takes about two days to complete.
