Usually the main suspect to this issue besides incorrect passwords is the server being out of sync, please follow the steps to sync your credentials
- Head to www.motorcraftservice.com and select your Country and Language, then click Submit
- Click Log In located at the top right of the website, I have highlighted the button in orange in the following image
- Click on Log In on the Left Side, I have circled in red where to click on the following image.
- Finally you will be on the Log In page and then you will log in, if it lets you Log In then now you should be able to Log In to FDRS
