3. Click the Connect button at the bottom of the VCI Manager window under "Connect / Disconnect VCI". The status will change from "Not Connected to VCI" to "Connected: SN [your VCM serial number]".
4. Once connected, VCI Manager will notify you that the Ford VCM needs an update. Go to the VCI Update tab to view the current VCI software version and status.
