Not all Durabook units are eligible for a Windows 11 upgrade. Eligibility is determined by the unit's age based on its serial number.
Eligibility criteria:
- Check the Durabook serial number to determine manufacture date.
- Units less than 3 years old from the manufacture date are eligible for a Windows 11 upgrade.
- Units 3 years old or older are not eligible and will require hardware replacement.

Step 4: Await send-in authorization - do not ship the unit until AE Solutions confirms your place in the queue and provides shipping instructions.
Step 5: Ship the unit - package the Durabook securely and ship per the provided instructions. AE Solutions will complete the upgrade and return the unit.
