How to reset your Navistar NED password

Step 1 - Go to the Microsoft Profile Portal: Navigate to https://myprofile.microsoft.com/

Step 2 - Sign in with your CCY username: Enter your username in the format yourCCYusername@navistar.com

Step 3 - Authenticate with WinAuth: When prompted for a verification code, open the WinAuth app and enter the code displayed.

Step 4 - Change your password: Click "Change Password" on the Microsoft profile page and create a new password. Password must be at least 12 characters long.

Step 5 - Log in to NED: Open the NED application on your desktop and log in with your new password.

Try resetting your password directly through the Navistar portal:

1. Go to http://password.navistar.com/
2. Log in with your credentials.
3. Click "Change Password" in the left-side menu.
