Need to renew your Autel subscription? Renewal is a two-step process - placing the sales order by phone and submitting a support ticket so the renewal can be processed. Here's what to have ready and how to get it done.
What you will need before starting your Autel renewal
Before getting started, please have the following information ready:
1. Serial number of your Autel unit
2. Model number of your Autel unit
Step 1: Call to place your sales order
Call us at 913-856-6678 and a representative will write up the sales order for your renewal.
Step 2: Submit a support ticket
A support ticket must also be submitted. Follow the steps below:
1. Visit www.aetools.us
2. Click on the Help Desk / Tickets link: helpdesk.aetools.us
3. Log in and submit your renewal ticket

Approximately 45 minutes once all steps are completed.
