How to register with AETools and get started with WiTech and Stellantis
How to register as a new AETools customer for WiTech and Stellantis diagnostic tools, whether through the online webstore or by creating a support ticket.
If you are a new user or have recently purchased a Mopar Diagnostic Pod (MDP, WSP, MDP+) from AETools, this guide covers how to register your account and get set up to start using your tool and subscriptions.
How to register with AETools for WiTech
Option 1 — Purchase the Mopar Diagnostic Pod Plus Package through our online webstore. When purchasing through the webstore, you will need to complete the registration form to finalize your purchase. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, our team will begin creating your account. You should receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account.
Option 2 — Create a support ticket. If you don't know where to begin or need help purchasing your order, visit https://helpdesk.aetools.us/tickets-view to register or create an account in our support system. Then click on File a Support Ticket and submit ticket there. Once you have submitted your ticket, our solutions team will reach out to help you make your purchase and create your account with you.
Note: If you purchase a subscription without creating an account, our team will create a support ticket so that we can help you create your account, add software, and activate your subscription.
Note for international users: Accounts outside of the NAFTA regions will need to create a support ticket before purchasing subscriptions.
