How to purchase Bendix ACom Pro

- On our website at https://aesolutions.us/products/bendix-acom-pro-diagnostics-for-download
How to install and activate Bendix ACom Pro after purchase
Once purchased, a support ticket must be submitted so that a tech support agent can install the software. The installer becomes available after purchase and must be transferred to your PC by the tech support agent.
Once installed, and after we have received the license key from Bendix, we can activate the software and perform any necessary updates.
If you need help purchasing Bendix ACom Pro, submitting your installation support ticket, or coordinating activation and updates with our tech support team, contact AETools at https://aetools.us or call us directly at 913-856-6678.
If activation fails after an update-
Two causes account for most Bendix ACom Pro activation failures, and both affect every machine on a site at once rather than one laptop.
An out-of-date CodeMeter runtime. Bendix ACom Pro licensing runs through CodeMeter, and an older runtime blocks activation without indicating why. Confirm CodeMeter is on version 8.4 or later and update it if not, then retry activation.
A firewall blocking Bendix. Corporate and municipal networks frequently block the licensing traffic ACom Pro needs. Bendix has to be whitelisted on the network. AE Tools can supply the network configuration details for your IT department to apply — ask for them when you raise the ticket.
A working license that was recently reactivated - don't update it-
If a Bendix license was expired and has just been reactivated, avoid running a software update right after. Updating a freshly reactivated license has broken working installs in practice - if the software is opening and functioning, leave it as-is rather than triggering an update.
If activation is failing across several machines rather than one, start with these two rather than troubleshooting individual laptops. If you are deploying to a fleet, check both before rolling the update out.
WABCO Toolbox:
Bendix ACom Pro vs WABCO Toolbox: Bendix ACom Pro diagnoses Bendix heavy-duty brake and ABS/stability systems. For trucks with Meritor WABCO brake systems, the equivalent software is WABCO Toolbox (now Bendix-owned). Confirm which one matches the brake system on the vehicle before purchasing.
WABCO Toolbox runs on the Texa interface, with no additional adapter needed. If you already have a Texa interface for other work, no extra hardware is required for Toolbox. Confirm your interface with AE Tools Sales before purchasing if you are not sure what you have.
Bendix support channel
Where support comes from: AE Solutions handles purchasing, installation, activation, and updates for Bendix ACom Pro. For technical questions about using the software on a vehicle, Bendix has its own technical support channel — AE Solutions resells the subscription but does not handle Bendix's backend account or in-application technical support.
