Step 1: Go to the Nissan Techinfo website at https://www.nissan-techinfo.com/Home.aspx and log in at the bottom left of the page using your Nissan account credentials.

This key is not required to operate the vehicle, only gain entrance in the event of a low vehicle battery charge or failure of the I-Key.

How to submit a Nissan immobilizer reset request

Step 3: Click on "2.) Immobilizer Reset Request" from the product list.

Step 4: Fill out the Security Professional Transaction Entry Form with the following information — VIN, Security Professional Name, Customer Name, Name on the vehicle registration, License Plate number, State of License Plate, VSC (LSID), Passcode, Product (Immobilizer Reset Request), and Date and Time.
