Step 1: Go to the AETools website
Open a web browser and go to https://aesolutions.us/account/login. This is the main AETools online store where you can browse and purchase diagnostic tools, software, and accessories.
Step 2: Click Sign in / Up
In the top right corner of the AETools website, click the Sign in / Up button. This opens the login screen.
Step 3: Click Create account
On the AETools login screen, click the Create account link located next to the Sign in button. This takes you to the new customer account creation form.
Step 4: Fill out the AETools account information
Complete the Create Your Account form on the AETools website. The required fields include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email - this must be a primary email address to avoid duplicate accounts. Do not use a shared or secondary inbox.
- Phone Number - if you are outside of the US or Canada, enter the full country code with your phone number.
- Company Name - if your company has multiple locations, add your shop location (City, State) after the company name to identify the specific location.
- Additional Email Address (optional) - use this field if you have a separate email address for invoices or billing.
Step 5: Enter your Bill to Address
In the Bill to Address section, enter the billing address for your AETools account:
- Address (Address Line 1, required)
- Address Line 2 (optional)
- City
- Zip Code
- State
- Country (defaults to United States)
Step 6: Confirm Ship to Address
In the Ship to Address section, indicate whether your billing address is the same as your shipping address by selecting Yes or No. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, enter the separate shipping address.

Step 10: Receive your AETools approval and activation emails

2. Re-enter the same password in the Confirm password field.
