How to create a Nissan Account for Consult 3/R2R & Consult 4/R2R

Need to create a Nissan account for Consult 3/R2R or Consult 4/R2R diagnostic software? You register through the Nissan Techinfo website. Once your account is created, it works for both C3/R2R and C4/R2R.

How to register a Nissan Techinfo account

Step 1: Go to https://www.nissan-techinfo.com/Home.aspx.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Register." Do not use the Account Login section that is for existing accounts only.

Step 3: Fill out the registration form with the required information - Customer Name, User ID, Password, Street, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Phone, Email Address, and Promo Code if you have one. Check the box if you are an Authorized Nissan Dealer.

Step 4: Your User ID must be between 8 and 100 characters long. Choose something you can remember and save it somewhere safe.

Step 5: Click the Register button to submit your registration.

Verify and log in to your Nissan Techinfo account

Step 6: Once your account is created, click on "click here" to go to the login page.

Step 7: Enter your User ID and Password in the Account Login section, then click Submit to verify your account.

Your Nissan Techinfo account is now ready to be used for Consult 3/R2R (C3/R2R) and Consult 4/R2R (C4/R2R) diagnostic software.
