Why Does My Keyline Machine Need Internet?
An internet connection may be needed for Keyline services and manufacturer resources. Keyline's Liger software is used across its electronic key-cutting machines, including Ninja, Ninja Total, and Gymkana.
Before You Connect Your Keyline Machine
Before connecting your Keyline machine to the internet, make sure you have a working internet connection, your network information, the machine powered on, and access to the machine's connectivity settings.
Connecting Your Keyline Machine

Power on the Keyline machine.

Open the appropriate network/connectivity settings.

Select the available network.

Enter the network credentials.

Confirm the connection.

Open Liger and verify that the machine is operating normally.
If Your Keyline Machine Will Not Connect
If your Keyline Ninja or Gymkana won't connect to the internet, check that the network is available, the password is correct, the machine is within network range, other devices can connect, and the machine has been restarted. If your facility uses network security restrictions, your IT team may need to verify that the Keyline machine can communicate with the network.
