Why Calibrate Your Keyline Machine
Calibration is an important step when your Keyline machine's cutting accuracy may be affected. The exact calibration process varies by machine and setup, so technicians should follow the manufacturer procedure for their specific Keyline model.
Before Calibrating Your Keyline Machine
Before calibrating, confirm: the correct machine is selected, the correct clamp/jaw is installed, the appropriate cutter is installed, the machine is clean and ready for operation, no key is currently being cut, and Liger is operating normally.
When Should I Check Calibration?
Consider checking calibration on your Keyline machine when a key is consistently cutting incorrectly, the machine has been moved, a clamp or cutter has been changed, the machine is producing inconsistent results, or Liger displays a calibration-related message.
