Got a new MicroPod and need to move your wiTECH subscription over from the old one? Subscription transfers are handled by the AETools wiTECH support team via email. Here's what to send, where to send it, and how long it takes to process.

Required information for a MicroPod subscription transfer

To transfer your subscription to your new MicroPod, please provide the following:

- Old pod serial number
- New pod serial number
- Email address associated with the account

How to find the serial number for a wiTECH 2 J2534

If this is a wiTECH 2 J2534, please provide the serial number found in the About section of the wiTECH 2 J2534 application - not the serial number printed on a physical pod, since J2534 devices use the in-application serial for licensing.
