AETools online store — how login and account access works

The AETools online store is located at aesolutions.us. The login on this page is for the online store only. To create an account, you need to send a registration request and AETools must approve it before you can log in and set up your account.

The online store has one set of credentials per company, and only one email can be linked to it. For security purposes, the ability to change passwords on your own has been disabled for the online store. If you need a password reset for your online store account, you need to call AETools at 913-856-6678 and we will send you a reset link.

AETools support ticket system — how login and account access works

The support ticket system is a separate platform from the online store. You can access it by clicking the "Support Ticket System" heading at the top of the AETools main page, which takes you to helpdesk.aetools.us.

Your login credentials for the support ticket system and your online store account are not linked. They are completely separate accounts.

If you have already registered in the support ticket system, you should be able to log in or it will log in automatically. You can also reset your password on your own for the support ticket system. If you need help, AETools can also email you a password reset link if you call.

If you have not registered for the support ticket system yet, call AETools at 913-856-6678 to have us send you a registration link. Once you have registered, you do not need additional approval.

Companies can have multiple logins associated with their support ticket system account. This is so AETools can directly reach whichever employee needs assistance.

Trying to register for a support ticket but request says awaiting approval

If you are trying to log into the support ticket system and you get a message saying your request is awaiting approval, you have submitted for the online store account by mistake. If you received an email saying that you have been given access to content at helpdesk.aetools.us, follow the link in that email to create your password. If you haven't received that email, call AETools at 913-856-6678 so we can send you a registration link for the support ticket system.

Changed support ticket system password and got a 404 error

If you changed your password for the support ticket system and got a 404 error when trying to log in, close the browser tab, go back to aesolutions.us, and click "Support Ticket System" at the top. It will take you to the system and will already have you logged in.

Support ticket system won't accept the new password

If the support ticket system doesn't accept the password you submitted, close the browser tab, go back to the support ticket system login at helpdesk.aetools.us, and send yourself a new password reset link. Try setting the password again.

Can't get a password reset link for the online store

To reset your AETools online store password at aesolutions.us, you need to call AETools at 913-856-6678. We will email you a reset link. You cannot reset the online store password on your own for security reasons.

Can't get a password reset link for the support ticket system

If you aren't getting a password reset link for the support ticket system, first check whether you are at helpdesk.aetools.us or aesolutions.us.

If you are on aesolutions.us, that is the online store login and you need to click "Support Ticket System" at the top to go to the correct login page.

If you are at helpdesk.aetools.us and still not getting a password reset link, that means your email is not yet registered in the support ticket system. Call AETools at 913-856-6678 so we can email you a registration link.
