Renewing your Autel tablet subscription is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to ensure your update is processed smoothly.

2. Sign In or Create an Account

Make sure you're signed in to your AE Tools account. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create an account before continuing.

3. Select Your Device

From the list of available Autel tablets, choose the model you're renewing the subscription for.

4. Complete the Form

Fill out the required information carefully. Double-check your phone number—we’ll use this to contact you if there are any issues.

5. Enter Your Tool’s Serial Number

Find the serial number on the back of your Autel tablet. It usually starts with a “V”.

⚠️ Important: Make sure the serial number is accurate. The subscription will be applied to that number and cannot be changed or refunded once submitted.


6. Complete Your Payment

Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.
